CogniBridge — Terms of Service

Effective date: March 24, 2026

These CogniBridge Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into between Blue Momentum Technology (“we”, “us”, or “Blue Momentum”) and any individual or organization that uses the CogniBridge product and/or services (“you” or the “User”). You should read and understand this Agreement before using CogniBridge; by starting to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Product positioning (per project materials): CogniBridge is the trade team’s daily workspace—like Cursor for developers—with chat as the entry point, context-aware workflows (your customers and data), composable Skills, and cognition as a service.

1. Services

CogniBridge is designed to help trade teams improve customer operations and growth efficiency, and may include (without limitation) lead and workflow assistance, customer profiles and knowledge bases, enrichment and tagging, coordinated outreach across email and social channels, marketing analytics and SOPs, and composable capability units and cognitive assets delivered as Skills (industry insight, decision models, high-leverage modules).

You understand and agree that we will continue to iterate on product form and delivery; some features may be offered by subscription tier, seat, usage, or enterprise plans. Available features may differ by region, version, or deployment model.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

  • You must provide registration and usage information that is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful activities or interfere with or disrupt normal operation of the service in any way.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and your organization’s compliance obligations (including, where relevant, data protection, trade secrets, and confidentiality).

3. Data and privacy

CogniBridge emphasizes controllable, private-side context and “context-aware (your customers and data)” capabilities. We strive to provide mechanisms aligned with privacy and security (such as permission prompts, data-domain isolation, and controllable context and retrieval). Specific behavior depends on the version, configuration, and in-product notices you actually use.

4. Fees and subscriptions

If you choose paid features, you agree to pay fees according to the pricing shown on the page or as otherwise agreed. Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

The CogniBridge product, user interface, Skill system, and related content (unless otherwise stated) are owned by us or our licensors. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise infringe our rights.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

You understand and agree that AI-related features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable outputs. You should review outputs with business judgment and compliance requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update this Agreement as our business evolves and will provide notice in a reasonable manner. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the service; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
